Atticus love to go on outings. In fact, he wishes they would never end. He prefers that the car be in constant motion, that the stroller never pause, and that we not take any breaks when walking with him in our arms or in his carrier. Traffic lights and stop signs are the enemy!
Last week Atty joined us hiking and he also went swimming for the first time while his cousins were visiting. He was a great sport and he really enjoyed both trips. We'll need to be out and about with him again soon since he loves adventures so much.

When I took my brother's cat in the car to visit him in the hospital, the only time she was ok was at the stop lights. When the car was moving she was hysterical. It's much better when your passengers are content during the part of the trip that comprises the majority of the trip, believe you me.
I can be glad Atticus likes motion! Besides having specific preferences about car travel, the cat and Atty have something else in common. You know how cats step and push with their paws over and over again when they are settling in somewhere for a nap? Atticus pushes his little fists into me like that when he's falling asleep in my arms. He's my favorite little kitten.
