Atty's Ultimate Compliment
When I plan something fun to do with Atticus he thanks me by staying awake through the entire activity and getting himself totally worn out and ready for a nap by the end of it. It's the ultimate compliment from him if he can keep his little eyes open for an entire walk or trip to the pool. Today we went to the farm nearby to see the animals for the second time. We met a playgroup there. He must have really loved it, because he stayed awake to watch the other children and look at the animals the whole time. He was wiped out when we got back:

I wish I could nap intermittently throughout the day like an infant.

Seriously you guys, it's just the milk. And not even that often for a four month old. Those Bradley genes are the culprits.
Isn't it the best when they fall asleep after an outing? Then you get a chance to unwind too.
